The intent of the CROSSROADS Volleyball Club is to work in unison with all members of WEVA (the Western Empire Volleyball Association) inproviding the highest quality Girls Junior Olympic volleyball experience possible. We will work to accomplish this by:

• Instilling values of: work ethic, commitment, respect, confidence, responsibility, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship in each of our athletes by utilizing a variety of innovative and training techniques.
• Committing to build and sustain a prominent, competitive program dedicated to advancing the personal and athletic goals of our student-athletes through the pursuit of excellence in volleyball:Excellence in the education and promotion of the whole person through quality technical, tactical, physical and mental training combined with high level volleyball competition; Excellence in the support of experienced, dedicated coaches who commit to maintaining the highest standards of professional competency and integrity; Excellence in creating a safe, positive and effective learning environment that is fun, yet challenging and fosters individual achievement within a team dynamic.

• Provide high quality, competitive, recognizable volleyball training at a reasonable cost.
• Assist college-bound players develop and refine necessary physical, mental, emotional and social skills to be successful athletes.
